What you’re great at

• Leading and managing digital-first marketing and experience initiatives across primarily owned channels (web, mobile, email marketing, content platforms, content hubs, personalization, performance).

• Acting as a strategic thought partner to marketing leaders by helping shape problems, define success, and identify the right digital solutions.

• Translating business objectives into clear briefs and measurable outcomes.

• Partnering closely with Account Planning, Creative, UX, Research, Technology, and Program Management to deliver a unified, experience-led point of view.

• Guiding work through discovery, concepting, design, build, and optimization, ensuring work ladders back to strategy and user needs.

• Providing clear, actionable, and experience-informed feedback that strengthens outcomes.

• Using data, performance metrics, and insight to evaluate success, inform recommendations, and continuously evolve work.

• Facilitating prioritization and tradeoff discussions, balancing speed, quality, risk, and impact.

• Managing expectations across stakeholders, identifying risks early, and confidently recommending pivots or alternative approaches when needed.

• Communicating complex digital concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What you bring

• 3–8 years of experience in account leadership, account strategy, or client partnership roles within a digital, creative, or integrated agency.

• Strong understanding of digital experience delivery, including UX, content systems, platforms, performance measurement, and email marketing operations.

• Comfort working in cross-functional, agile environments with designers, strategists, technologists, and analysts.

• Ability to connect strategy, creative, and technology into cohesive recommendations.

• Confident presenter and communicator with a clear, persuasive writing style.

• High emotional intelligence and situational awareness—you know how to read the room and adjust.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-moving environments.

• Curiosity-driven problem solving and a passion for continuous learning and digital upskilling.

• A proven track record delivering medium to large-scale digital initiatives and getting them over the finish line.

• Experience in highly regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, etc.) is a plus.

• Prior digital marketing experience is required.
