Advertising and Promotions Coordinator
As an Advertising and Promotions Coordinator, candidate will be responsible for executing on and off property promotions and events as directed by marketing leadership. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for the execution of the social media strategy and will work with the marketing agency to assist with all on property signage needs and any other advertising needs as required.
Essential duties and responsibilities include completing logs and other paperwork as required, updating and maintaining the website content, possessing knowledge of events and activities to provide information to guests, and marketing amenities on property to guests. Execute promotions and events in accordance to promotional rules and guidelines, perform casino announcements in a clear, concise, upbeat manner, and possess an engaging personality that is detail oriented and able to complete tasks and meet deadlines in a highly time sensitive environment. Works with the marketing agency and marketing leadership to develop a social media strategy, ensures the social media strategy is executed accordingly, works with all departments to ensure all on property signage needs are met, and works with marketing agency to ensure advertising needs that require property involvement are completed. Assist the Casino Hosts to service guests through issuing comps, player cards, and general account servicing.
Required skills and abilities include prior customer service experience, good interpersonal skills, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. is required. Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
