Your ability to provide exceptional customer service and troubleshooting issues will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience and maintaining our reputation for outstanding support./ph3Essential Duties

Responsibilities/h3ulliHandles inbound and outbound customer calls regarding Company products./liliProvides accurate information and guidance on internet services, plans, and promotions./liliTroubleshoots and resolves customer issues effectively and efficiently./liliDocuments customer interactions and maintains detailed records in our CRM system./liliEscalates complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary./liliCollaborates with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction./liliStays updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to assist customers effectively./liliStrives to achieve individual and team performance goals./liliOther duties as assigned./liliThis position will require working four (4) weekdays in person at our Metairie, LA office and one (1) day remote from home (Saturday or Sunday).
