Overview
The Enterprise Strategist is responsible for developing and implementing IAM strategies to drive sales and increase market share in designated regions for One Identity . They will work closely with sales teams, product managers , engineering, channel leadership, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities and create actionable plans to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IAM technology sales , analyst relations, program management, market strategy, and a deep understanding of the IAM industry and market trends.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic IAM plans to drive sales and increase market share in designated regions

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and marketing teams, to identify opportunities and create actionable GTM plans

Analyze market data and trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement

Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the field

Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Provide regular reports and updates on progress and performance to senior management

Continuously monitor and assess the competitive landscape to stay informed of industry trends and developments

Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years of experience in IAM technology and market strategy

Proven track record of success in driving strategic technology sales and increasing market share

Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong leadership and team management skills

Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or a related field

Ability to travel regularly

Strong understanding of the IAM industry and market trends

Knowledge of CRM tools and data analysis tools is a plus
