About the Role
LSS Strategic Partners is hiring a Graphic Designer to fortify the visual backbone of the LSS portfolio. This is an early and important hire: LSS’ various brand identities are still being built and refined, and this person will play a meaningful role in shaping how each entity looks and feels across every channel and touchpoint.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Marketing & Technology, you will blend creative license with direction from multiple stakeholders to produce polished, on‑brand visual output. This is a role for an entrepreneurial, versatile designer who is equally comfortable with brand identity work, digital asset creation, and strategic design, with genuine enthusiasm for working in a tech‑forward, AI‑enhanced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Identity & Visual Standards

Contribute to the development, embedding, and ongoing refinement of brand identities across the LSS portfolio, ensuring each entity has a distinct and coherent visual presence.

Build and maintain brand guidelines for LSS and its associated brands, covering typography, color, iconography, and design principles.

Serve as the visual standards steward across the portfolio, ensuring consistency across all output.

Digital Assets & Content Design

Design digital assets for social media, email campaigns, websites, and digital advertising across all LSS entities.

Produce graphics, infographics, and other visual content that support the communications and marketing team’s editorial, campaign, and business development work.

Create and edit motion graphics and short‑form video assets to support social and digital channels.

Presentations & Collateral

Design and maintain presentation templates for use across the LSS portfolio, including pitch decks, client‑facing materials, and executive presentations.

Produce print and digital marketing collateral, including brochures, one‑pagers, event materials, and signage.

Support events branding, materials, and on‑site visual design as needed.

Work collaboratively with the communications and marketing team, managing multiple briefs and priorities simultaneously.

Contribute to a growing, AI‑assisted creative workflow, bringing enthusiasm for emerging design tools and technologies.

Manage design projects from brief to delivery, communicating proactively on timelines and flagging constraints early.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3–6 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio spanning brand identity and digital design.

Brand‑minded: Deep understanding of brand systems, visual identity, and how design complements communication across different audiences and contexts.

Versatile: Comfortable producing across a wide range of formats, from social graphics and digital assets to decks, print materials, and motion.

Autonomous: A team player who can take direction from multiple stakeholders, prioritize their own workload, and deliver consistently with limited supervision.

Tech‑forward: Comfortable with, or genuinely enthusiastic about, AI‑assisted design tools and the evolving creative technology landscape.

Collaborative: Works effectively with cross‑functional teams in a lean, fast‑moving environment.

Sector fluency: Familiarity with professional services, legal, or financial services aesthetics is a plus.
