We're seeking a high-energy, self-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead strategic marketing efforts, strengthen brand awareness, and drive growth—especially for our Tumble Fresh brand, regarded as the Midwest's premier laundromat chain.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
Manage digital presence, including website, social media, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns
Oversee content creation, advertising, public relations, and event planning
Analyze marketing data to improve performance and ROI
Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals
Manage budgets and sales forecasts
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (required)
3+ years of marketing experience (preferably in B2B or healthcare sectors)
Proficiency in MS Office, marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred), and analytics platforms
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
