Raw Rations Pet Food & Wellness in Sauk City, WI is looking for a brand manager to join our team. We are located on 759 Phillips Blvd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working. This position is responsible for the overall brand which includes oversight of Marketing/Advertising, Social Media, Event Planning/Coordination, and New Brands/Items as well as seasonal planning. This is a full time position with full benefits. We are looking for someone who is the right fit for the position and are willing to train the right individual.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly social media calendar

Manage 1-4 employees (shared responsibility)

Create and manage social media posts, ad campaigns, google, etc

Create and Carry out marketing and advertising strategy

Plan and coordinate events throughout the year

Research new brands and keep up on trends to keep retail product fresh

Order seasonal product/coordinate seasonal promos

Meet with brand reps

Oversee customer service experience for website and social media

Assist in website updates/management

Qualifications

Previous marketing, advertising, or like experience

Managerial experience preferred

Strong attention to detail

Strong communication skills

Ability to plan, strategize, and manage a budget
