Role Description
We are seeking a high‑performing Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our presence within the Wisconsin territory. This is an on‑site, full‑time leadership role focused on driving revenue growth and cultivating high‑level manufacturer and client relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing territory‑specific sales strategies, meeting aggressive sales targets, and overseeing regional sales operations to ensure total alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Management: Drive growth and market share within the Wisconsin region by identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing accounts.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute data‑driven sales plans to meet or exceed regional revenue targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long‑term partnerships with clients and manufacturers.
Team Oversight: Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve peak performance and professional development.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Financial Accountability: Manage regional budgets, optimize resources, and ensure all financial goals are met.
Qualifications
Sales Excellence: Proven expertise in direct sales, strategic planning, and lead generation.
Leadership: Strong ability to lead and inspire a team, with a focus on relationship management.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing market trends to develop actionable strategies.
