Maintain accurate customer records, project updates, invoices, and order details

Manage quotes, contracts, and customer orders throughout the sales cycle

Support customers by coordinating answers to questions and ensuring timely follow‑up

Collaborate within the team to move projects forward and deliver high‑level service

About You:

5+ years of customer service experience within a technical or construction environment

Strong communication, problem‑solving, and follow‑up skills

Strong technology proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office
