Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals to enhance online engagement and audience growth.
Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content including graphics, videos, blogs, and photography that resonate with target audiences across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Manage daily social media activities using tools like our own CRM, Hootsuite, Canva or Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules and timely responses to audience interactions.
Monitor social listening tools and web analytics like Google Analytics to track campaign performance, analyze trends, and optimize content strategies for maximum reach and engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and promotional campaigns including META Advertising to amplify messaging.
Engage with followers by managing comments, messages, and reviews to foster positive relationships and uphold brand reputation.
Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to improve content discoverability and integrate relevant keywords into posts for better search engine ranking.
Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator that align with branding standards while supporting content creation efforts.
Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing to continuously refine our approach.
Experience
Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations with demonstrated success in growing audiences and engagement metrics. Plastic surgery experience preferred, but not necessary.
Strong proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer along with experience scheduling content across multiple platforms.
Skilled in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva for creating engaging visual content.
Knowledge of social listening tools and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and social media marketing strategies aimed at increasing online visibility.
Experience executing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook or other social platforms using Facebook Advertising tools.
Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and editing to ensure clear messaging.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
