The Role
This role is offered on an independent contractor basis. Total €100,000 OTE Package.
Revenue Generation & Pipeline Command: Own the local bottom line and achieve 100% of assigned revenue targets by identifying and securing commercial opportunities outside of our global partner ecosystem. From the proactive sale of premium Race Suites and B2B ticketing bundles to securing local sponsorship inventory, you are responsible for the full sales cycle, from initial lead generation to the final handshake.
Brand Amplification & Market Insight: Serve as the conduit between our Global Marketing team and the Miami market, ensuring our global campaigns resonate with American cultural nuances. Speak at industry forums, launch ticket sales, host fan watch‑along events, and provide real‑time market insights that shape our digital and promotional strategies.
Strategic Stakeholder & Logistics Synergy: Act as the vital link between Formula E’s global headquarters and Miami’s local service providers. Navigate the complexities of venue logistics, hospitality fit‑out agencies, and ticketing platforms, working closely with Global Account Managers to ensure every local activation aligns with our global partnership standards and delivers a seamless experience.
What we’re looking for in you
The “Hunter” Sales Expert: Proven track record in B2B sales, hospitality or commercial partnerships within the sports, entertainment or luxury sectors. Relentless drive to close deals with an existing network of high‑level corporate contacts within Miami.
The Cultural Navigator: Mastery of American business etiquette and professional English fluency. Cultural intelligence to maintain Formula E’s global prestige while tailoring proposals and activations to the Miami market.
The Operational Strategist: Agility to switch between high‑level commercial negotiation and hands‑on operational problem‑solving. Experience in managing third‑party agencies and navigating logistical pressures of large‑scale international events.
