About the Opportunity
Farmers Insurance District 07 is seeking motivated, sales‑driven individuals for the Associate Agent Agency Producer Program.

This is a paid, structured development opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in insurance sales and explore a possible path to agency ownership. As an Associate Agent, the candidate works inside an established Farmers agency environment with training, mentorship, leads, sales systems, and daily support.

This role is a strong fit for someone who wants more than a regular job — someone who is hungry, coachable, entrepreneurial, and interested in long‑term growth.

What You’ll Do

Work inbound and outbound leads

Quote and sell insurance products, including auto, home, life, and other personal lines products

Follow up with prospects and clients

Learn Farmers sales systems, scripts, and processes

Participate in coaching, training, and team development

Build sales, business, and client relationship skills

Work toward production and development goals

Explore a possible path toward future agency ownership

Qualifications

Willingness to complete training and follow proven systems

Ability to work in an agency office environment

Active Property & Casualty license preferred

Willingness to obtain required insurance licensing if not already licensed

This role can support two possible paths:
