Overview We are seeking a high-performing Regional Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment. This is not an order-taking role — we need a hunter and closer who knows how to prospect, build relationships, and win business.
The ideal candidate is relentless with outreach, confident in cold calling, strong face-to-face, and motivated by closing deals and growing territory revenue.
What You’ll Do Prospect and develop new business opportunities daily through cold calls, walk-ins, networking, and referrals
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads
Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers
Present company solutions with confidence and professionalism
Negotiate terms and close new accounts consistently
Manage regional relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM activity, notes, and follow-up schedules
Hit weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach, appointments, and signed accounts
Represent the company at trade shows, community events, and networking functions
What We’re Looking For Proven experience in outside sales, territory sales, B2B sales, or account management
Strong cold calling and prospecting ability
Natural closer with a track record of exceeding goals
Competitive mindset with strong self-motivation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable working independently in the field
CRM experience preferred
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned region
Compensation Base salary + uncapped commission
