This open position involves working on market research studies for clients in the private sector. The project team handles data collection, processing, and analysis, delivering data tables, data files, reports in Word and PowerPoint, webinars, and telephone presentations.

What You Can Expect To Be Doing
Coordinate and manage survey research projects on time and on budget, working closely with colleagues in other departments.
Develop an understanding of clients’ business issues, evaluating communication effectiveness, concept testing, touchpoint evaluation, and trade-off analysis.
Engage with clients to suggest solutions and collaborate with colleagues to produce winning proposals.
Bring creativity and insights to clients, identifying and solving business challenges, generating new repeat business, and managing and developing colleagues.

Curiosity and independent drive to seek information that better meets client needs.
At least 4 years of experience in the market research sector.
A degree in the social sciences or a quantitatively‑oriented field, preferably at the Master’s level.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to coordinate work of a large team and keep everyone informed of relevant changes.
Interest in working with companies and government agencies to improve customer experiences.
Strong proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Experience working with data in Excel and/or Access.
Knowledge of quantitative analysis packages such as SPSS and/or SAS is a plus.
US citizenship (required by contract).

Estimated base salary range: $90,000 – $95,000. Final compensation is based on non‑discriminatory factors including location, experience, skills, and education.
