What You Will Do

Design engaging and intuitive user interfaces that enhance product usability and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
Utilize Figma to create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and optimize the user experience.
Iterate on designs based on feedback and analytics to continuously improve product effectiveness.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design culture within the team.
Ideal Candidate Background

5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
Proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of design principles and best practices.
Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with product managers and developers.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs and business goals.
Preferred

Familiarity with AI-driven products or consumer technology.
Experience in conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
