Responsibilities
Perform eyelash extension and lift/tint services, including application, maintenance, and removal.
Provide eyelash lifts/tints, brow laminations, and brow tints, as well as facial waxing.
Conduct product demonstrations and recommend eyelash care and aftercare products.
Use salon software to schedule appointments and manage client information.
Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and techniques related to eyelash extensions, lifts, tints, brow laminations, and brow tints.
Experience and Qualifications
At least 6 months experience as a lash artist.
Lash certification.
Knowledge of different eyelash extension techniques and styles.
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience with salon software.
Valid cosmetology or skin‑care specialist license with the NJ Board of Cosmetology.
Availability for part‑time or full‑time work.
Flexible shifts.
Some night shifts required.
Saturdays required.
