Summary
Our client is seeking a Marketing Analyst / Coordinator 3 to support product launches, marketing operations, and analytical initiatives within a fast-paced, enterprise marketing environment.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, data-driven marketing professional who excels in project coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and marketing performance analysis. The Marketing Analyst / Coordinator will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to support launch execution, asset management, and strategic marketing initiatives.

This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to large-scale product launches, support enterprise-level marketing programs, and strengthen skills in marketing analytics, project management, and brand marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Launch Support

Create and maintain product launch and marketing asset trackers

Track upcoming launches, timelines, and required assets across multiple initiatives

Build and maintain content and asset plans to support launch readiness

Ensure marketing assets are organized, updated, and readily accessible

Support launch execution in collaboration with marketing and sales teams

Marketing Analysis & Reporting

Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data across product categories

Track usage of marketing assets, messaging, and materials to evaluate performance

Analyze data and metrics to understand ROI across marketing programs and campaigns

Present marketing analysis and findings to marketing leadership

Support the development and refinement of marketing strategies

Project & Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product stakeholders

Project manage multiple initiatives, launches, and key milestones simultaneously

Ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and priorities

Perform additional marketing coordination and operational duties as assigned

Required Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

3-4 years of experience in marketing functions

Experience supporting marketing initiatives in a B2B or technology-related environment is a plus

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong project management and organizational skills

Experience with brand marketing and marketing operations coordination

Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to evaluate ROI

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Highly collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented

Operationally focused with strong attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
