About the Job Graphic Designer - Junior

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong portfolio showcasing their skills. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our senior designers and marketing team to create visual concepts that effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts for various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics
Create visually appealing and on-brand designs that effectively communicate our brand message
Use design software and tools to create high-quality graphics and layouts
Prepare and present design concepts to the team and incorporate feedback into final designs
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design skills
Assist with photo and video shoots for marketing materials as needed
Communicate and coordinate with outside vendors for printing and production of marketing materials
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
Knowledge of the aerospace industry is a plus but not required
