Astrion has an exciting opportunity coming up for a Multimedia Specialist to join our team and support the 39th Information Operations Squadron (39 IOS).
We are preparing to hire for Journeyman, Senior, and SME levels. We anticipate a start date in July 2026.
Cyber Operations Formal Training Support III (CyOFTS III) is a Cyber Schoolhouse program supporting delivery, development, and sustainment of cyber training across operationally relevant mission sets. The team supports instruction, curriculum and content development, training operations, and program execution at multiple Air Force and joint training locations.

Responsibilities
Develop and support multi-media products consistent with the Multi-Media Specialist labor category.
Maintain and apply required certifications (Adobe Professional; CTW Multimedia Specialist) within the scope of assigned duties.
Provide technical support aligned to the DCWF Technical Support Specialist work role as applicable to multi-media products and delivery platforms.
Understand photography, videography, and graphic design concepts and methodologies at the professional level with knowledge equivalent to: Adobe Professional, or similar certifications.
Research, understand, and employ industry multimedia software including, but not limited to: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Audition, After Effects, Animate, Camtasia, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
Understand and employ film and videography elements to produce high quality images including, but not limited to: Lighting, Trim, Key, Plot, Score, and Sound, Lenses, Filters, Focus, and Camera Settings.
Set up and perform video recording and editing including, but not limited to: Synchronize audio and video tracks, insert music, sound effects, and dialog, Arrange films into sequences, and Correct errors
Design and create graphics to meet training and promotional needs including, but not limited to: Logos, Packaging, Displays, Slides, Posters, Photoshop, Morale patches
Apply creativity to design animations including, but not limited to: Multimedia Campaigns, 2-D and 3-D images depicting objects in motion, Illustrate Processes, make objects appear lifelike by manipulating light, color, texture, and shadow.
Understand and employ photography elements to produce high quality images including, but not limited to: Shutter Speed, Lighting and Flash, Apertures and Focus, Depth and Motion, Lenses, Filters, and Camera Settings
Set up and perform photography support including, but not limited to: Promotions, Farewells, Morale events, Classes, and Official photos.
Test, clean, maintain, and repair equipment including, but not limited to: Cameras, Mounts/Stands, and Backdrops.
Transfer images, photos, and videos for archiving and electronic transmission while ensuring any copywritten materials are licensed prior to use.
Manage E-Learning and Learning Management Systems (LMS) including, but not limited to: Design, develop, edit, and update content, Course user administration and support, MyLearning, Moodle, Storyline 360, and Captivate.
Assist in the development of training materials and the instruction of the proper use of LMS.
Support development and maintenance of multi-media assets used for training and communications.
