About the Role
We’re looking for a high-performing Account Manager to join our Brand Partnerships team. This role is focused on owning and closing brand sponsorship deals across our network of communities and events, while building long-term, high-value relationships with both brands and community leaders.
You’ll sit at the center of our marketplace—matching the right brands with the right audiences—and directly driving revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
Build and manage relationships with brands ranging from emerging startups to global companies
Manage and foster inbound interest from brands and community leaders and help pair them together to form lasting relationships with brands
Own the full sales cycle: from outreach and pitching through to negotiation and closing
Close brand sponsorship deals across multiple communities, cities, and international markets
Work closely with community leaders to align brand partnerships with their audiences and events
Develop repeatable deal structures and packages that can scale across the platform
Identify new revenue opportunities within existing brand relationships
Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure seamless execution of partnerships
Experience
Proven experience closing brand sponsorships, partnerships, or experiential/event deals
Strong track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
Experience working with brands in lifestyle, wellness, fashion, or consumer sectors is a plus
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
