CommunityCXs helps governments communicate clearly and effectively with the people they serve. Our SMS, IVR, and chatbot platforms enable state and local agencies to deliver trusted information at scale — from public benefits to civic participation.
This program focuses on nonpartisan voter education to ensure voters understand where, when, and how to vote. Through multilingual outreach, and accessible digital tools, we help reduce confusion, increase participation, and strengthen public trust in democratic processes.
