UX/UI Designer IV

Join a dynamic team working on a groundbreaking portal from scratch—designed to serve internal partners and external customers with intuitive, data-driven web platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior designer to lead end-to-end user experience and contribute to UI development for a major application project in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you're experienced in wireframing, Figma, responsive design, and have a knack for translating complex requirements into compelling interfaces, we want to hear from you!
Required Skills

6-8 years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications
Proficiency in Figma and wireframing tools, with strong portfolio showcasing recent projects
Expertise in creating end-to-end user experience flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications
Ability to translate product requirements into intuitive UI designs
Experience in data visualization and responsive web design
Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and style guides
Comfort working independently and collaborating with product, engineering, and UI teams
Strong communication skills for stakeholder presentations and design validation
Ability to participate in product discovery workshops and define UX principles
Nice to Have Skills

Experience with React frameworks and UI development alongside design
Knowledge of LLM augmentation opportunities (assistive search, auto-summaries, prompts)
Familiarity with data-driven design and analytics
Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (Master’s preferred)
5+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience, with a focus on web portals and internal/external platforms
Previous experience working on enterprise/internal portals and large-scale projects
