Senior Art Director
Could this be you? This job opportunity requires a hybrid of skillsets. At its core, we need a high level of ideation skills in both creation and curation of work, plus all the assumed bona fides of an Art Director with Senior‑Level experience of at least 8 years. The role is for Northwest Dealer Retail marketing – fast-paced, exciting, and seeks to disrupt the existing landscape with innovative messaging, tactics & strategies to complement Ford products advertised. Work is regional with attention to all established channels, including General Market English audiences and multi-cultural audiences, with a specific focus on the Hispanic Market. Marketing efforts center around core vehicle products leveraging their distinct consumer benefits in single vehicle product advertising, regional sales events, professional sports sponsorships, and specialty initiatives. All work is guided by the ability to customize content with specific consumer analytics from the proprietary GTB data platform of Precision Marketing.

Responsibilities

Ideate, curate and art‑direct all needed work.

Present work internally and possibly to dealer clients.

Perform all duties assumed in a Senior role.

Juggle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.

Work across agency lines along with production and other creative entities.

Qualifications

7‑8 years agency experience with a proven track record in leading and managing.

Experience leveraging precise consumer analytics in fresh, rewarding executions (understanding of consumer segmentation and its impact).

Strong working knowledge of live & post‑production, digital and social.

Understanding of emerging AI and its uses from a creative perspective.

Ability to partner with all agency, inter‑departmental teams.

Physical and mental capacity to meet job responsibilities.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Salary
$60,000 – $140,000 USD
