Job Summary
To nurture profitable program entity relationships such that customers value our premium finance services and the company achieves superior, sustainable financial returns.

The Account Executive is responsible for achieving organic growth and profitability goals based on the assigned book of business. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to maintain and grow existing customer relations while developing new ones. The candidate must possess strong customer service skills, superior communication and negotiation skills, and an understanding of company loan documentation and state premium finance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve key performance indicators in premium volume, loan units, program entity growth, and profitability based on the assigned book of business.

Actively follow up on all quote activities within the AEA queue in a timely fashion to maximize the potential of winning new opportunities and retaining renewals.

Provide premium finance quotations to program entities, including credit analysis and documentation completion in an accurate and timely manner.

Work with assigned Sales Executives to develop new prospects, document activities as tasks in Salesforce, and coordinate until closure.

Strategize and plan tasks with Program Entity assigned Sales Executives to penetrate additional business opportunities.

Document program entities within Salesforce using tasks or Chatter for agency development, offers of services/benefits, agency changes, etc.

Review agency variances for the assigned book, and work with the SE and Regional Manager/Leader to determine necessary actions, such as rate or term adjustments or additional services.

Develop and maintain knowledge of tools used by customers, including the company website, eForms, email reports, payment options, and TotalPay.

Communicate effectively and frequently with Sales Executives and the Regional Manager/Leader on all program entity relationships within the assigned portfolio.

Respond promptly and thoroughly to all customer inquiries, providing legendary service to external and internal clients.

Submit all required documentation to agents for execution so that PFA arrives complete for booking.

Conduct program entity visitations on assigned relationships, either accompanied by the Sales Executive or independently, as branch scheduling permits.

Participate in CE Credit Classes, as branch scheduling permits, particularly for agencies within the assigned book of business.

Attend local events and trade shows, as branch scheduling permits, to further establish connections within the marketplace.

Be knowledgeable of IPFS’s Best Practices and review procedural changes to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Perform various other duties as requested by Management.

Education Qualifications
College graduate or equivalent experience.
