Must Have

Bachelor’s degree required; preference in English, Communications, Business, Marketing.

Strong interpersonal and communications skills are required.

Strong autonomy and time management skills are required.

Role Overview

Operate effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment, ensuring timely delivery of all assigned tasks.

Conduct Editorial Compliance Reviews to ensure all materials meet regulatory and quality standards.

Ensure documents submitted for MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review are fully aligned with FDA submission standards.

Support systems and processes related to label updates and new product launches.

Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously develop professionally.

Take a proactive approach to understanding organizational needs, going beyond defined job descriptions and responsibilities to add value.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good interpersonal skills, time management, and autonomy

Experience as an editor or in editorial review preferred

BS required (English, Communications, Business or Marketing is preferred)

1-3 years proofreading experience or copy editing is preferred.

Detail & deadline oriented; well organized.
