JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator for PGS supports the daily execution and coordination of marketing for Professional and Graduate Studies. This role manages marketing projects, some vendor coordination, virtual information sessions, and assists with reporting and marketing asset development while collaborating closely with program directors and the marketing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions:
Coordinate day-to-day marketing projects, timelines, and campaign execution across departments.
Organize and coordinate virtual information sessions and assist with marketing communications and vendor coordination.
Manage relationships and communication with smaller marketing vendors, including billboard providers, print vendors, and promotional partners.
Coordinate vendor deliverables, schedules, and reporting.
Coordinate design of marketing graphics and promotional materials for digital and print use.
Assist with copy editing for emails, landing pages, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
Utilize HubSpot to assist with marketing workflows, campaign coordination, and reporting.
Maintain documentation of marketing projects, vendor communication, and campaign activity.
Process department invoices and reconcile credit card statements.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to maintain positive interpersonal relationships
Ability to work independently
Ability to operate office equipment
Ability to provide quality customer service
Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business or other related field
Minimum of two years of related work experience and/or relevant training
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple demands in fast-paced work environment
Typing and spelling competency
Experience with various computer software applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with HubSpot, Google Suite of Marketing Tools, and Meta Business Suite.
