Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Marketing and Communications to lead branding, consumer product launches, and audience engagement initiatives for a globally influential entertainment brand known for sports videos and creative content. This leadership role involves developing innovative go-to-market strategies, managing brand positioning, and building brand loyalty across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, seamlessly integrating content, product, and audience-driven experiences to expand the brand’s reach and impact.

Requirements

10-12+ years of senior marketing leadership experience within high-performance, cross‑functional teams and agencies

At least 3 years of demonstrated success in launching and scaling consumer products or brands, preferably in creator-led media or DTC sectors

MBA preferred

Deep expertise in audience-driven growth and modern product marketing systems

Proven ability to lead complex cross‑functional projects, including new channel launches and strategic partnerships

Strong relationships with agencies, platforms, and key industry partners

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a hands‑on, results‑oriented approach

Passion for digital media, sports, entertainment, and familiarity with Dude Perfect content is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop and lead brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and creative direction across all media, products, and activations

Oversee public relations, including press releases, crisis communication, and reputation management

Cultivate relationships with creators, partners, and industry stakeholders to elevate brand visibility and influence

Lead go-to-market strategies for new consumer products, brands, and experiences, from concept to execution

Support the launch and scaling of new content verticals and franchises, utilizing audience insights to maximize reach and engagement

Build and optimize marketing funnels across owned, earned, and paid channels, establishing clear KPIs for growth

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on product positioning, demand forecasting, and storytelling to create compelling campaigns and media presence

Drive innovative ideas such as community events or festivals that encourage fan interaction and offline engagement
