Mid-level UX Designer

Mid-Level UX Designer We are looking for a mid-level UX Designer to create intuitive, data-driven experiences for our B2B SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and user-friendly design.
End-to-End Design: Lead the full UX lifecycle, from conducting user research and creating wireframes to delivering high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
Simplify complex B2B workflows and large datasets into streamlined, actionable interfaces that reduce user friction.
Maintain and expand our design library to ensure visual and functional consistency across all product modules.
Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and successful handoffs.
Leverage experience designing for the Salesforce platform (Lightning Design System) to build native-feeling, enterprise-grade applications.
Use qualitative feedback and product analytics to continuously test, validate, and improve the user experience.
2–4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design specifically within the B2B SaaS or enterprise software sector.
