We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Lead to actively seek out and engage customer prospects for our growing business. The ideal candidate would have B2B experience with signage, graphics, and/or printing related products and services.

Responsibilities:
Present, promote, and sell sign and graphics products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Produce estimates for delivery to customers
Coordinate project deliverables to internal stakeholders and vendors
Work with team to deliver high quality products/services
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Strategic Input for Sales Improvement: Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports.
Keep abreast of best sales practices
Requirements: Proven work experience as a sales representative
Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Outlook, Excel, Word
Familiarity with CRM practices
Ability to work independently toward agreed upon goals and objectives
Ability to build productive business and professional relationships
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
Possess valid Drivers License and Proof of insurance with a commercial use rider. Must also have a reliable vehicle.
Compensation: Negotiable combination of base salary plus commission structure
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
