Part-Full Time | Hourly | $20-$25/hr | Fort Walton Beach / Destin, FL

We're a group of locally-owned businesses in the Destin area looking for a creative, self-starting content creator to join our team. If you love being on the water, have an eye for great video, and know your way around TikTok and Instagram - this might be your dream gig.

What you'll do:

• Work in office in Fort Walton Beach, FL

• Film on-location content across our businesses (beach, boats, Jeeps, holiday installs)

• Ideate and develop original content concepts independently

• Post and manage content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook

• Collaborate directly with the owner on strategy and direction

• Light editing preferred; editing can be outsourced if needed

What we're looking for:

• Strong eye for vertical video and short-form content

• Self-motivated - you bring ideas, not just execution

• Some college preferred but not required

• Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook

• Local to the Destin/Fort Walton area - on-site filming is required

Bonus points if you:

• Have a portfolio or your own social presence

• Know basic video editing (CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
