We are seeking an experienced
Ad Operations Manager
to join our clients growing digital advertising team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented ad tech professional with hands-on expertise in trafficking, managing, and optimizing campaigns using modern ad servers—especially SpringServe.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth campaign delivery, maximizing revenue performance, and supporting cross-functional teams across sales, product, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end campaign setup, trafficking, and QA across digital advertising campaigns
Operate and optimize campaigns within SpringServe
Monitor delivery performance, troubleshoot discrepancies, and resolve pacing or targeting issues
Work closely with sales teams to implement campaign requirements and ensure timely launches
Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable optimization recommendations
Maintain accurate reporting for impressions, fill rates, CPMs, and revenue performance
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve ad serving workflows and system integrations
Ensure all campaigns comply with technical specs and industry standards
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in ad operations, campaign management, or programmatic advertising
Strong, hands-on experience with SpringServe (required)
Familiarity with video, display, and/or CTV ad serving environments
Proficiency in Spanish and English is required
