Graphic Designer / Production Editor

Production Designer / Creative Production Specialist We're looking for a highly efficient Production Designer / Creative Production Specialist to support high-volume creative output across site, email, and paid channels. This role is execution-heavy and detail-driven, focused on adapting, resizing, and preparing assets at scale while maintaining strict brand accuracy.
You'll work from clear briefs and existing creative direction to deliver fast, reliable, and handoff-ready production files across multiple formats and platforms.
Core Scope & Responsibilities Retouch on- and off-figure imagery, including color and pattern swaps
Execute high-volume asset adaptations for site, email, social, and paid media
Build email mechanicals from provided briefs and layouts
Resize and reformat assets across multiple placements and specs
Prepare clean, organized, handoff-ready production files
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all outputs
Partner with Creative, Marketing, and Growth teams to meet tight deadlines

Ability to manage repetitive, high-volume production work without quality loss
Consistently brand-accurate outputs at scale
Clear file organization and naming conventions
