Job Description
Our client is seeking a contract Graphic Designer – Events & Print to support a high-profile annual event and related initiatives. This role will focus on developing visual assets for conferences and live experiences, ensuring all materials are polished, aligned with brand standards, and ready for production.

The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, digital, and events to deliver both print and digital materials that enhance the attendee experience before, during, and after events.

Key Responsibilities

Create visual assets for events including signage, directional graphics, environmental displays, and digital materials

Prepare production-ready files for print vendors, ensuring proper formatting such as bleeds, trims, and color settings

Develop digital layouts and assets using design tools for presentations, screens, and event-related platforms

Partner with internal teams to maintain consistency across all event touchpoints

Modify and adapt existing brand templates for various formats while preserving brand standards

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
Support production workflows by organizing files, maintaining version control, and handling last‑minute updates

Qualifications

4+ years of professional graphic design experience

Strong background in event, experiential, or production design

Proficiency in Figma is required

Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Illustrator

Experience preparing files for large-scale print production

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage shifting priorities

Portfolio showcasing event design, signage, and digital work preferred

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Additional Details

Start Date: Mid‑May (target)

End Date: 3+ months with potential extension for post‑event support

Interview Process: Virtual panel interviews

Team Size: Approximately 8

Organization Size: 250+ employees

Work Environment: Hybrid with required onsite presence on Tuesdays and one additional flexible day

Equipment provided including laptop and design software
