The Role We\'re looking for an experienced Amazon-focused Account Manager to serve as the strategic owner of the brand across Amazon and retail channels. You\'ll own revenue outcomes, lead client strategy, and work closely with our internal advertising team managing Google, Meta, and paid media.
This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of Amazon and beauty category experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable being the person the brand trusts to know what\'s going on — and what to do about it.
What you\'ll own: Full Amazon strategy across Seller Central and/or Vendor Central — revenue growth, margin, retail readiness
Listing optimization, catalog structure, and conversion performance
Inventory planning, product launches, promotional calendars, and deal strategy
Brand presence on Ulta and key retail platforms — pricing, positioning, assortment
Client leadership: business reviews, strategic recommendations, and proactive growth planning
Cross-channel collaboration with our Ads Managers (Amazon Ads, Google, Meta)
Who this is for: You\'ve managed Amazon accounts in the beauty category and you\'re comfortable owning performance, not just reporting on it. You manage multiple brands without things slipping, translate data into clear recommendations, and communicate with clients like a strategic partner — not a vendor.
What you\'ll bring: 5+ years managing Amazon accounts (Seller Central and/or Vendor Central)
Direct beauty category experience (required)
Strong grasp of Amazon fundamentals — catalog, conversion, promotions, pricing, inventory
Experience partnering with retail media and Amazon Ads teams
Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills
