A company is looking for a Technical Writer to support federal government programs in developing and maintaining documentation and training materials.
Key Responsibilities
Support program tasks by creating and updating documentation, manuals, and user training materials
Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational guides while ensuring compliance with federal standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate the technical accuracy of documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in technical writing or documentation development in federal or enterprise environments
Proven experience developing SOPs and structured operational documentation
Experience working in federal government environments with knowledge of documentation standards and compliance requirements
US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required; must reside in the Continental US
