Position Overview
We are actively seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Account Manager (Agency Partner) to join the dynamic team at GL Solutions. Guide a portfolio of high value clients through complex and challenging software projects. Account Managers perceive client needs and build engagement by delivering consultative solutions. This position leads our market position as a trusted partner to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client meetings.
Intake, clarify and confirm client issue resolution.
Project management.
Client training.
Respond to client concerns.
Recognize client goals.
Strategize next steps.
Manage multiple accounts.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Passion for learning
Desire to guide through expertise
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or a similar work experience in a related field
Account management or sales certifications preferred
Two or more years of experience in account management, sales or customer success, ideally within the software or tech industry
Proven track record of developing and maintaining long term client relationships, including experience with customer retention, renewals and upselling
Experience with software products, especially SaaS preferred
