In this highly creative and innovation-driven role, you will lead the production of cinematic AI-generated video content that blends storytelling, visual artistry, and cutting-edge generative technologies. You will work across the full production lifecycle - from concept development and prompting to editing, compositing, and final delivery - creating immersive long-form narratives powered by AI-first workflows. This role offers the opportunity to experiment with emerging AI video tools while shaping visually compelling content at scale in a rapidly evolving creative environment. You will collaborate closely with creative leadership while maintaining significant autonomy over technical execution and artistic direction. Ideal for a technically skilled storyteller with strong visual instincts, the position combines cinematic editing, AI experimentation, motion design, and workflow optimization. Accountabilities:

Conceptualize and develop narrative-driven video content centered around existing AI-generated characters and creative storylines.
Manage end-to-end AI video production workflows, including ideation, prompting, asset generation, editing, compositing, and final post-production delivery.
Utilize advanced AI video generation platforms and emerging creative technologies to produce cinematic visual sequences and long-form content.
Maintain visual consistency across characters, scenes, pacing, and storytelling elements throughout complex narrative productions.
Integrate motion graphics, visual effects, sound synchronization, and color correction techniques to create polished final outputs.
Collaborate closely with creative leadership to align content production with broader artistic direction and campaign goals.
Rapidly experiment with new AI models, tools, and production techniques to improve workflow efficiency, scalability, and creative quality.
Optimize AI-assisted production pipelines while documenting best practices and sharing technical knowledge with internal teams.
Balance creative storytelling with technical execution to deliver visually engaging, emotionally impactful, and high-performing content.
Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions within a fast-paced environment focused on emerging AI-driven entertainment experiences.
Requirements:

4-6+ years of experience in video production, cinematic editing, VFX, digital art, or related creative disciplines.
Strong portfolio showcasing AI-generated video work, cinematic storytelling, or advanced digital content production.
Hands-on experience with modern AI video generation tools and workflows, including prompting, consistency techniques, and post-processing pipelines.
Proficiency with editing and post-production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent creative platforms.
Strong understanding of cinematic composition, pacing, visual storytelling, scene continuity, and editing principles.
Ability to independently manage projects from concept development through final production delivery.
Experience maintaining character and visual consistency across AI-generated long-form video sequences.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in remote and cross-functional creative teams.
Experimental and adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for rapidly evolving AI technologies and creative workflows.
Comfortable working within uncensored or adult-oriented content production environments when required.
Familiarity with tools such as ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, AUTOMATIC1111, LoRAs, embeddings, or fine-tuning workflows is considered a strong advantage.
Background in AI-native filmmaking, VFX, 3D production, technical art, or color grading is a plus.
