Lifecycle Marketing Manager — Owned Channels
The Wallet, Payments, and Commerce (WPC) Marketing team is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop and expand worldwide customer acquisition and engagement programs. You will join our mission to create incredible customer experiences that educate and drive active use of Apple Wallet and associated products, such as Apple Pay. You will build marketing programs and campaigns across our on-device and email channels to reach audiences throughout the entire customer experience. You will have a chance to create work that will reach national and global audiences. Our team is motivated, focused, and looking for the next great addition.

Description
Develop lifecycle marketing programs across digital channels, with a focus on in-app communications and email campaigns. Develop new customer journeys and tests, establish performance benchmarks, and optimize communications. Work closely with cross-functional partners, including product, growth, creative, marketing enablement, and engineering teams.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience executing lifecycle marketing campaigns through in-app and email channels

Track record of designing and executing tests, analyzing results, and implementing improvements

Experience driving results across cross-functional teams

Demonstrated strengths in communication and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity developing communications within a product environment

Background in mapping end-to-end customer journeys and identifying new touch points

Ability to solve complex problems, and balance multiple stakeholders with a flexible approach and sense of humor

Understanding of AI tools and interest in exploring how technology can improve our work

Compensation and Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $117,400 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
