Role Overview
We are seeking a driven, strategic, collaborative, and creative sales professional that demonstrates a strong work ethic to join our growing sales team, specifically someone from Los Angeles or on the West Coast. This net-new role will focus on expanding Super League’s presence across LA and the broader West Coast, with an emphasis on Video investment and new client acquisition in key verticals such as Video Games, QSR, CPG, Retail, Beverages, Fashion/Beauty, and Travel.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, excels at building and nurturing agency and brand relationships, and has a proven track record of driving growth and closing new business. Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Relationship Management

Serve as a strategic ambassador for Super League, evangelizing our capabilities and value proposition in the marketplace.

Build and maintain strong relationships with agency and brand-side decision makers across your assigned territory.

Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and setting meetings, to pitching and closing deals, to overseeing post-sale execution in partnership with Account Management.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across priority verticals to diversify revenue streams.

Cultivate opportunities within existing accounts to drive upsells, renewals, and long‑term partnerships.

Strategic & Creative Selling

Develop a deep understanding of client objectives, category dynamics, and industry trends to inform partnership strategies.

Collaborate with internal creative, content, and production teams to ideate and package unique branded experiences that leverage our immersive platform and mobile capabilities.

Lead high‑impact meetings and presentations, delivering tailored proposals that meet client KPIs.

Internal Collaboration & Pipeline Management

Work closely with sales split partners to ensure cohesive strategies, coordinated outreach, and seamless collaboration.

Partner with Account Management, Ad Ops, and Marketing/Comms teams to ensure flawless campaign execution and reporting.

Accurately forecast revenue and manage pipeline health in collaboration with Sales leadership.

Ensure all client‑facing work aligns with Super League’s brand, voice, and value proposition.

Activity & Performance Expectations (Post‑Ramp)

35 outbound prospecting emails per week (excluding day‑to‑day communication).

Minimum of 2 client meetings per week.

Minimum of 3 in‑person client entertainment touchpoints per month.

1‑2 RFP submissions per week (starting 60 days after onboarding).

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of sales or advertising agency experience in digital media, marketing, entertainment, gaming, branded content, or video advertising.

Agency experience, media planning, or client relationship management are preferred.

Demonstrated success in driving new business and exceeding revenue targets.

Strong agency and client‑side relationships, especially in QSR, CPG, Retail, Beverages, Fashion/Beauty, and/or Travel.

Expertise in selling premium video, branded content, sponsorships, and/or interactive experiences.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.

Passion for gaming, entertainment, or innovative digital media a plus.

Willingness to travel (as necessary)
