Your daily tasks will include
Manage and execute design tasks from concept through delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely work.
Create and refine assets using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Firefly, and Illustrator), and other marketing design tools.
Design creative for web experiences, ecommerce banners, email
ewsletter marketing, and paid + organic social campaigns.
Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all channels.
Confidently engage with clients on calls and via email, presenting work and incorporating feedback.
Work efficiently, making smart decisions about time and priorities across multiple clients.
Partner closely with cross-functional squad teams (marketing, design, and account) for cohesive execution.
Understand and apply UX principles to improve user experience in digital products.
Stay up‑to‑date on design trends, AI tools, and emerging technologies that enhance creative output.
Your qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related field.
2+ years of professional experience in visual design.
Expertise with Figma and strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Firefly essential; Illustrator helpful but secondary).
Familiarity with other marketing tools for quick‑turn creative.
Experience designing for the web, newsletters, and social marketing campaigns.
Experience applying AI in design workflows (e.g., image generation, layout optimization, ideation).
Proven ability to produce original, high‑quality creative under tight deadlines.
Excellent conceptual, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of Shopify, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
Huge bonus: experience with video editing and animation/motion graphics.
