Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leasing & Occupancy Support (Performance-Driven)

Support leasing efforts to achieve and maintain occupancy goals

Assist with prospect engagement, follow-up, and conversion activities

Maintain accurate traffic, application, and leasing data

Track and report leasing performance metrics

Ensure timely follow-up with leads and applicants

Assist with managing waitlists in compliance with affordable housing requirements

Affordable Housing Compliance Support

Support application intake and document collection

Assist with organizing files for compliance reviews

Ensure marketing follows Fair Housing guidelines

Maintain organized files for audits and reporting

Property Marketing & Outreach (Boots on the Ground)

Execute local outreach marketing and partnerships

Build relationships with community organizations

Assist with resident events and leasing initiatives

Ensure signage and marketing materials are current

Monitor competitor activity and report trends

Administrative & Reporting Support

Maintain records of marketing activity and leasing performance

Assist with reports for management and client

Order and manage marketing supplies

Support scheduling and coordination of activities

Occupancy levels

Lead-to-lease conversion

Follow-up completion

Waitlist accuracy

Traffic generation effectiveness

Skills, Knowledge, And Personal Characteristics

High school diploma required; some college preferred

0–2 years experience preferred

Knowledge of affordable housing a plus

Strong communication and organization skills

Basic Microsoft Office skills

Detail-oriented and dependable

Frequent walking and touring units

Standing for leasing activities
