Responsibilities
The Senior Paid Media Strategist is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid media strategies that drive acquisition and revenue for the credit union. This role will work closely with the broader Marketing, Digital Engagement and Research teams to ensure all paid media efforts are planned, optimized, and tracked appropriately.

Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Media and Agency Partner Relations: Meeting regularly with media and agency partners to review opportunities and recommendations across channels (including but not limited to print, traditional, digital and programmatic channels). Ensuring all purchased assets are put in flight and that appropriate reporting is received.

Internal Collaboration: Working closely with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to the marketing specialists, creative team, digital engagement team and research team. Close collaboration and communication will be required to ensure that paid media efforts align with broader marketing goals and campaigns.

Workflow Management: Developing a calendar of paid media efforts and ensuring that needed assets are developed and delivered to media or agency partners in a timely manner.

Impact Analysis: Understanding how paid media efforts are driving measurable business outcomes such as traffic, leads and conversions. Collaborating with the Digital Engagement and Research teams to analyze and understand performance of paid media efforts and make changes and optimizations as needed.

Budget Management: Manage the advertising budget to ensure maximum return on investment.

Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment

Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel

Ability to exert minimum amounts of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects

5-8 years of related experience

This figure serves as the entry point in our salary range, and there is potential for the actual salary to be higher based on a variety of factors, such as your experience, skills, education, and location. We believe in recognizing and rewarding talent, so our compensation packages are thoughtfully designed to reflect the unique qualifications and contributions of each candidate.
