Primary Purpose
The Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations drives operational excellence in the areas of marketing and analytics, coordinates integrated company-wide reputational advertising, manages and collaborates with Exelon's reputation agency of record, fosters a unified marketing vision across the company in collaboration with operating company marketing leads, plans and supports research projects in support of Exelon's reputation management and priority initiatives, leads the monitoring and reporting out of key metrics, and administers Exelon marketing tools and budgets. The Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations brings a disciplined, collaborative approach to Exelon and OpCo marketing activities, driving alignment, operational efficiency, and impactful innovation.

Hybrid Work Arrangement
This role is open to our offices within IL, PA, MD, or Washington DC. Employees are required to be in office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). You must be able to commute within our service area to be considered.

Primary Duties

Coordinate Exelon marketing initiatives and ensure appropriate integration across operating companies in collaboration with their marketing teams, including planning, financial-management, and creative development. (45%)

Drive marketing and data analytics program and research projects and regularly report key metrics to guide strategy among key stakeholders to enhance strategic decision making for priority initiatives (35%)

Supervise and lead a team of employees, consultants and project managers, and collaborate with business leaders and experts across Exelon (20%)

Job Scope
Lead in-progress domains, including planning, financial management, strategy and long-term roadmap development, deployment, benefit realization and tracking. Provide data analytics insights and support to Exelon Customer Strategy & Solutions teams for enhanced strategic decision-making. Interact with all levels of Exelon utilities leadership and industry forums; manage relationship with key management of client groups; interact with front line employees and contract personnel at all levels. Present to Exelon and Utility Senior Leadership and industry forums.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative science discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or other related field

3+ years of data analytics, utility reliability or engineering experience with recent experience in a leadership position

Experience navigating and coordinating initiatives and driving alignment across a large and diverse organization

A minimum of 10 years of relevant business experience

Intellectual curiosity and passion for integrating analytics and data to drive insights

Proven success utilizing and applying advanced analytic models to develop actionable insights

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of project management tools, techniques, and contracting

Strong relationship management, presentation and communication skills, including the ability to communicate sophisticated statistical models and other complex quantitative information at levels suitable for a broader business audience

Proven leadership ability in a high-performance culture

Demonstrated ability to build consensus, establish trust, communicate effectively and foster culture change

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement process enhancements and efficiencies including technology and performance

Proven record to contribute as a strong team player in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, diverse environment

Ability to travel as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field

Proven experience managing geographically diverse cross-functional teams 3+ years as a supervisor or manager

History of presenting and interacting with Executive Leadership, both internal and external

Benefits

Annual salary will vary based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $144,000.00/Yr. – $198,000.00/Yr. plus an additional $25K in Long Term Incentive Plan annually.
