About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing digital media platform hiring Remote Account Executives to build and close new advertiser and agency partnerships. This role is designed for early‑career sellers — ideally with 1–3 years in sales, media, or ad tech — who are ready to own a full pipeline and grow into senior sales roles.
What You'll Do
Prospect and develop new advertiser and agency relationships through outbound email, phone, social, and events
Run discovery calls to understand client marketing goals and map them to digital solutions (display, video, social, branded content, programmatic)
Build and present proposals to marketing and media decision‑makers
Partner with campaign operations, ad ops, client success, and analytics to design and launch campaigns
Negotiate pricing and terms with support from senior sales leadership, driving deals from first contact to close
Hit activity and revenue targets consistently; maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM
What Will Make You Successful
1–3 years in sales, business development, media, ad tech, or client success — you've supported or influenced revenue
Strong persuasion skills: you ask smart questions, handle objections, and guide prospects to decisions
Hunter mentality — you're energized by opening new relationships, not just managing existing ones
Resilient and persistent; comfortable with ambiguity, change, and rejection
Clear verbal communicator on phone, Zoom, and in person
Nice to Haves
Exposure to digital advertising (programmatic, paid social, search, video, or branded content)
Background in ad tech, martech, media agencies, or publishers
Familiarity with CRM tools and core performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, conversions)
