Graphic Designer – responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative visual graphics and lead‑generating marketing campaigns while working with the Creative Team and Marketing Managers for the promotion of dental consumables. Ensures all visual marketing collaterals meet branding guidelines, timelines, and provides direction to external resources when needed.
Position Summary
The Graphic Designer will be primarily responsible for designing high quality visual deliverables across print, digital, and motion graphics, developing integrated marketing campaigns, and supporting product launches. The role supports the marketing team in meeting launch deadlines and maintains consistent brand and style guidelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Under general supervision, conceptualize, strategize, and design a wide range of high‑quality visual design deliverables ranging from print, digital, and motion graphics.
Design and produce lead‑generating integrated marketing campaigns and other brand‑related marketing collateral, including new product launches and sales support tools.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding graphic design, revisions, and specifications on product labels, packaging, and other marketing assets.
Work with other designers, Marketing Managers, and Product Managers to understand requirements and provide creative, user‑focused design solutions.
Take ownership of the entire process from concept through production, archive maintenance, and file preparation for release and production.
Ensure that marketing materials are accurate, on schedule, and distributed in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in the design development process from concept through production, preparing final files for release.
Contribute to research and marketing on strategic brainstorming, website experience, and campaign development.
Establish creative and design direction for the company while maintaining and enforcing brand and style guidelines.
Support the marketing team in meeting product launch deadlines by ensuring assigned deliverables are completed on time.
Drive attention to detail by ensuring all visual graphics and collateral maintain a high level of quality.
Stay abreast of design trends and continually foster optimization and evolution of style.
Participate in continuous improvement activities under the Envista Business System (EBS) and support the implementation of actions.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, OR
High school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, and InDesign.
Experience preparing artwork in foreign languages is preferred.
Skills and Abilities
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design.
Strong grasp of typography, visual hierarchy, color theory, and design principles.
Proficiency in visual design across Email, Social, Web, and Print.
Ability to build electronic files for final output/production in multiple formats (print, web, video).
Good time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
Detail‑oriented mindset with ability to moderate complex problems.
Effective project coordination and prioritization skills.
Quick learner of computer business systems and software.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
