A B2B technology brand operating at the center of how the world communicates is seeking a Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join its in-house brand marketing team. This is a hands-on role for a motion designer who can take a complex product story — UI flows, technical concepts, feature launches — and turn it into motion that an audience actually wants to watch. You\'ll concept, storyboard, and execute product demo videos and motion-led brand work across 2D and 3D, partnering directly with the lead Motion Graphic Designer and embedding daily with an in-house team of designers, editors, and copywriters. External agencies join the mix when the project calls for it. The pace is fast, the bar is high, and the work ships to a global audience. If you\'ve spent your career sharpening motion craft inside studios or in-house teams and you\'re ready to apply it to product storytelling at scale, this is the seat.

Responsibilities

Concept, design, and animate 2D and 3D motion content across product demos, brand campaigns, and social

Translate product UI and technical concepts into intuitive, dynamic motion experiences

Build storyboards and styleframes that communicate high-level design strategy to the team and stakeholders

Hold the existing motion and visual design system while pushing it forward with new ideas

Collaborate daily with editors, producers, designers, copywriters, and the lead motion designer to concept, present, and execute

Partner with external agencies and production partners as projects require

Steward and evolve the brand through motion design solutions

Qualifications

7+ years of professional motion design experience across 2D and 3D, with deep portfolio work in product marketing and brand storytelling

Demonstrated expertise in motion design, product UI animation, and dynamic typography (must-have)

Hands-on fluency in After Effects, Cinema 4D (or equivalent 3D), Figma, and the broader Adobe stack (must-have)

Track record of moving fast inside tight creative teams without sacrificing craft

Comfort working both within an established motion system and developing original concepts

Strong storyboarding and presentation skills — able to communicate ideas before they\'re animated

A clear point of view on motion design: what\'s working in the field, what\'s tired, where craft is going

Nice to have: Studio credits at agencies known for motion craft (Buck, Giant Ant, Gunner, Block & Tackle, LAUNDRY, Logan) or in-house motion experience at a B2B SaaS or product-led tech brand

Logistics

Projected Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months, with possibility of extension

Hours/Week: Full-time

Onsite/offsite: Remote, U.S.-based candidates only

Laptop/Program Requirements: Candidate-provided laptop; After Effects, Cinema 4D (or equivalent), Figma, full Adobe Creative Cloud

Team Structure: Reports into and partners with the lead Motion Graphic Designer; collaborates daily with in-house designers, editors, copywriters, and producers
