You'll be joining a privately owned Retail Developer Owner Operator who are a leader in the region. The businses is looking for a Marketing Director to come in and be accountable for developing and delivering market strategies across the given retail portfolio.

Your new role
Own marketing strategy and performance across a portfolio of retail assets
Drive footfall, tenant sales, and longterm asset value
Partner closely with leasing, operations, and senior leadership
Lead omnichannel marketing across digital, social, CRM, PR, and onsite activity
Use data and analytics to track performance and optimize spend
Oversee branding, signage, events, and community engagement
Build strong tenant and stakeholder relationships
Manage budgets with a clear focus on ROI
