Job Description To strengthen our design team, we are looking for a long-term collaboration with a confirmed freelance graphic/motion designer to carry out various recurring missions for our large clients.
Your Missions In close collaboration with our operational, commercial, and design teams, you will be involved in highlighting commercial operations with promotion and product highlights via:
50%: Motion Design on After Effects for the rollout of advertising campaigns using DCO.

45%: Creation and updating of DCO Display and Meta banner mockups.

5%: Campaign visuals for several large accounts in various formats (mainly for display and Meta banners).

Profile Sought You have more than 4/5 years of experience as a graphic designer, with a specialization in motion design for retail clients for advertising.

You have already worked with several retail companies and it is evident in your portfolio (advertising campaigns for commercial operations with promotion and product highlights).

You are proficient with the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, After Effects, Adobe XD).

You have a good understanding of the functioning of various digital advertising spaces and best practices for each, particularly on video placements on social networks (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram…) and streaming platforms (especially on connected TV).

You know the constraints and opportunities of DCO and can find concrete solutions to the specific needs of each client.

You can work in a team on projects with very different profiles from your own.

You are rigorous, flexible, versatile, and autonomous.

Recruitment Process Screening call with Massara (Recruiter) - 15/20 min

Sending a skills test: This test contains a video part, a display banner part, and a Meta part, which will serve as a basis for discussion in the following interview.

Interview with Salomé (Art Director) and François (Client Solution Director) - 30 minutes each

Intervention: The goal is a long-term collaboration : 1 day guaranteed per week to start, up to 4 days per week depending on periods.
