We’re hiring a strategic Account Director with strong experience in Demand Generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and client management within a marketing agency environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building and growing client relationships, developing strategic marketing plans, and partnering with the New Business team to help win and deliver high-impact programs that drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring success across ABM and demand generation campaigns

Lead and execute integrated marketing programs tailored to client objectives and high-value audiences

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring proactive communication, strategic alignment, and measurable outcomes

Collaborate closely with the New Business team to align on campaign strategy, pipeline goals, and performance metrics

Join new business marketing calls to help shape proposals, demonstrate expertise, and strategically support deal wins

Support internal Clarify marketing campaigns by contributing insights, messaging, and client success stories

Develop and present strategic recommendations, campaign plans, and QBR reports to client stakeholders

Identify opportunities to expand Clarify’s value within current accounts through insight-driven strategy and planning

Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and revenue growth across assigned clients

Maintain a deep understanding of client priorities, market trends, and best practices in ABM and B2B marketing

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

3–5 years of experience working in a marketing or advertising agency environment

Proven experience in client management and strategic account leadership

Strong background in Account-Based Marketing and Demand Generation strategy and execution

Experience collaborating with the New Business team to drive growth and support strategic deals

Tech or enterprise experience is highly preferred

Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative skills with senior stakeholders

Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, automation tools, CRM, and performance measurement

High energy, proactive attitude, and passion for driving measurable impact for clients and internal initiatives
