Description
Executive & Communication Support
Manage and prioritize communications for leadership, including drafting responses and maintaining visibility into key tasks
Support communication and coordination across internal teams, vendors, and partners
Meeting & Coordination Support Attend meetings, capture notes, and track action items to ensure follow-through
Assist with agendas, recaps, and general alignment across stakeholders
Project & Workflow Coordination Support timelines, deliverables, and project tracking across multiple workstreams
Maintain trackers, dashboards, and status updates while coordinating with internal teams and external partners
Marketing & Content Execution Assist in executing campaigns across email, social, and related channels, including formatting, QA, and scheduling
Support content calendars and overall campaign workflow coordination
AI & Process Enablement Use internal tools and AI platforms to support content creation and workflow efficiency
Assist in executing structured processes for campaign and content development
Reporting & Analytics Support Gather, organize, and support reporting on performance data across marketing channels
Client & Account Support Support client, vendor, and partner communication, including scheduling and follow-ups
Help maintain consistency and quality across accounts and ongoing initiatives
Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex strategies clearly
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Data-driven mindset and attention to detail
Willingness to work flexible hours
